Case Study
Closing a State Funding Gap in a Single Day of Giving
GableStage · Miami, Florida

Challenge
GableStage, one of Miami's most prominent theater companies, faced a significant funding challenge after the governor's veto of arts and culture funding in Florida left the organization with a $70,500 gap. To continue providing a space for diverse stories and vibrant artistic dialogue, GableStage set an ambitious Give Miami Day goal: raise $70,500 from at least 150 donors through a multi-layered Support Your Local Theatre campaign.
Solution
INGAGE developed a comprehensive, multichannel strategy. Organic social campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X built awareness and drove donations before, during, and after Give Miami Day. Paid Meta ads targeted key geolocations and lookalike audiences built from GableStage's own database, sequenced across awareness, early giving, and final push phases. Targeted email campaigns reached donors, patrons, board members, influencers, and staff.
Impact
GableStage raised $100,635 from 211 donors, exceeding its goal by 43%. Organic social generated 8,336 impressions, 253 engagements, and 2,735 video views. Paid Meta campaigns drove 4,519 clicks to the donation page, reaching more than 90,000 people with over 144,000 impressions at an average cost per click of just $0.69. Email added 577 clicks to the donation page at a 40% open rate. The campaign did not just bridge the funding gap; it surpassed it.
