Launching Workforce Programs With Dignity at the Center

Chapman Partnership · Miami, Florida

Chapman Partnership

Challenge

Chapman Partnership was preparing to launch CP Works and Park Stewards, workforce development initiatives that connect individuals experiencing homelessness with employment opportunities tied to public space stewardship. Introducing the programs across multiple locations required communications that conveyed real impact while keeping every story dignity-centered, and messaging that held together across leadership, program partners, and community stakeholders.

Solution

INGAGE developed the programs' logo and messaging frameworks, supported media outreach, and aligned communications across leadership, program partners, and community stakeholders. Every message was built to reflect both program impact and dignity-centered storytelling, keeping the focus on the people the programs serve and the public spaces they steward.

Impact

The programs launched to the public with media interest, stakeholder awareness, and early momentum for partnerships with organizations connected to public space activation. Consistent messaging across multiple sites strengthened program credibility and deepened community understanding. INGAGE also supported the programs' award submissions, which have earned multiple recognitions, including the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce NOVO Award.
