Case Study
Reigniting Dormant Channels Into a Weekly Lead Flow
Raffin Electrical · Australia

Challenge
Raffin Electrical, an Australian electrical company, struggled to acquire new customers for its solar panel solutions and to encourage repeat business. Its social media accounts had sat dormant for an extended period, and traditional networking channels were not producing the lead volume the company needed.
Solution
INGAGE researched the customer persona of solar panel buyers in depth and identified three trigger points that drive purchase decisions. An aggressive advertising campaign followed, including videos that spoke to each trigger. INGAGE revamped the company's Facebook and Instagram accounts and established an organic content strategy with built-in prompts to convert followers into leads.
Impact
In three months, the social accounts grew 17% and reached 138,989 potential customers. Advertising drove 108,865 impressions and more than 470 website visitors from April to June, and the company now averages more than three leads per week.
“The team at INGAGE has a professional approach and is always willing to give their time. Thanks for getting traffic to our social media pages.”
