Helen Roldan
Senior Director of Public Affairs
Helen Roldan is a results-driven public affairs leader with a passion for community engagement and creative problem-solving. As Senior Director of Public Affairs at INGAGE, she designs and executes strategies that strengthen reputations and drive long-term change for clients across the government and non-profit sectors.
Before INGAGE, Helen worked in advertising, leading partnerships with national brands including Nike and Warner Brothers, and environmental initiatives with Oceana, The International SeaKeepers Society, and Miami Waterkeeper. She has authored influential reports including the Status of Women in Miami-Dade County and the Economic Impact of the Nonprofit Sector. Named one of the University of Florida's 40 Gators Under 40 in 2025, she holds a Master of Public Administration from Florida International University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
