Claudia Duma is a marketing and operations leader with a background in digital strategy, client engagement, and operations management. As Chief of Staff at INGAGE, she develops and executes social media strategies across more than 12 client accounts, streamlines client onboarding, improves internal workflows, and leads recruitment and team development for industries spanning law, finance, government, technology, and higher education.

A Texas Tech University graduate with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing, Claudia previously spent more than a decade at Walt Disney World in VIP talent relations and guest experience, coordinating celebrity visits and high-profile events. She brings a rare mix of strategic marketing, operational excellence, and brand storytelling to every client.
