Christina Crespi

Christina Crespi is a Strategic Consultant at INGAGE and the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Miami Downtown Development Authority, the agency responsible for shaping the economic future of Downtown Miami, where she manages a $21 million annual budget to fuel growth, innovation, and quality of life. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in social work and social policy and administration from Florida State University, a background that informs her people-first approach to economic development, and her work touches the lives of more than 100,000 residents, 250,000 daily workers, and millions of visitors each year.

Known for blending bold ideas with hands-on execution, Christina has led initiatives that attract new businesses and support entrepreneurs, including the Miami DDA's business incentive program and the Permit Clinic, a free resource that has helped nearly 1,000 businesses open, expand, or legalize operations. She has expanded arts and cultural grant programs and grown the Downtown Enhancement Team, a workforce reentry initiative that now employs more than 70 formerly homeless individuals. In 2026, the South Florida Business Journal named her one of its Influential Women Leaders, and she was recognized as the 2024 Outstanding Young Leader with the Alvah H. Chapman, Jr. Award.
