Alexi Haas

Alexi Haas is Chief Operating Officer of Public Affairs and Governmental Relations at INGAGE, where she helps residential and commercial real estate clients navigate the land use, zoning, and entitlement process alongside public affairs and community engagement. A veteran of over $500 million in land transactions, she brings more than 15 years of experience across South Florida, having led land acquisitions and entitlements throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties.

Before joining INGAGE, Alexi served as Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Taylor Morrison, directing land strategy and negotiating transactions, and previously spent a decade at Lennar in land acquisition and project management roles. She earned her Doctor of Law from the University of Miami School of Law, and her blend of legal, transactional, and municipal expertise strengthens INGAGE's land deal management and public affairs work for developers facing complex regulatory environments.
