INGAGE quickly shifted the content to appeal to a younger audience of financial professionals, launched several successful social media and email marketing campaigns, and increased engagement and readership across all platforms. The new initiatives are more inclusive of members. Campaigns include “Alumni of the Month,” “Member of the Month,” monthly committee spotlights, and banking alerts.

INGAGE updated FIBA’s branding, established the colors and fonts and unveiled a refreshed logo across all FIBA marketing materials. INGAGE oversaw and launched a new FIBA website that increased accessibility and utilized the latest tools to provide the best UX/UI (user experience and user interface) to allow each stakeholder to reach the content that appeals to them.

INGAGE manages FIBA’s social media presence for both the membership/institute and conferences, including developing the strategy, posting content, developing graphics, editing videos, creating email newsletters, and real-time event coverage of conferences. INGAGE handles the public relations efforts for the conferences.

Since 2021, INGAGE has grown FIBA’s followers to 45,662 across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Social media content July 2021 has reached 450,430 across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Events and course registrations have reached an all-time high since INGAGE has taken over the Marketing for the association.
