To meet this challenge, INGAGE developed a comprehensive, multichannel marketing strategy:

• Social Media Campaigns: Organic posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X to build awareness and drive donations before, during, and after Give Miami Day.
• Paid Meta Ads: Launched strategic ads targeting geolocations and lookalike audiences based on GableStage's database. Ads included awareness, early giving, and final push campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Crafted and executed targeted email campaigns sent to donors, patrons, board members, influencers, and staff to drive donations and engagement.

GableStage not only met but surpassed its Give Miami Day goals, achieving incredible results. The organization raised $100,635 with 211 donors, exceeding their initial goal by 43%. Our organic social media strategy generated 8,336 impressions, 253 engagements, and 2,735 video views, effectively driving awareness and engagement with the campaign. Meanwhile, our paid Meta ad campaigns performed exceptionally, resulting in 4,519 clicks to the Give Miami Day donation page, reaching over 90,000 people and achieving over 144,000 impressions. These campaigns maintained an impressive average cost per click (CPC) of just $0.69.

Our email marketing efforts also contributed significantly to this success, driving 577 clicks to the donation page with a 40% open rate. By combining targeted outreach, creative content, and data-driven strategies, INGAGE helped GableStage not only bridge its funding gap but exceed expectations during this critical fundraising event.
