Desirae Diaz is an Executive Assistant with experience providing administrative, sales, and value chain support to C-Suite Leaders and Directors across several industries. 

 

Her administrative background spans onboarding new employees, running reports on client billing, processing expenses, creating sales strategies, and managing project timelines. She has created internal/external meeting agendas, traveled to Trade Shows, and arranged documentation for international networking events.

 

At INGAGE, Desirae provides prompt responses for internal and external demands and seeks to align diverse teams on shifting priorities. She meets regularly with CEO Katherine Doble to optimize the efficiency of their working relationship and understand the needs and priorities of INGAGE. She assists Katherine with arranging travel, professional outings, and focused work blocks to ensure business goals are met in a timely manner. 

 

Desirae has previously supported sales representatives, finance teams, end users, and leadership in the Home Furnishings industry, taking on Administrative and Management roles. However, the focus of her career revolves around consulting and media. She thrives when supporting high-caliber consultants who are experts in their field, serving as a professional liaison between her supported colleagues and their client representatives in the Telecommunications, Marketing, and Government spaces. She collaborates with leadership within the company to determine where to effectively channel team efforts and time to improve efficiency and culture. Her systems experience includes Harvest, Salesforce, Concur, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Suites, Monday, and more.
